"I Am" Scripting

"I Am" Scripting has emerged as one of my most cherished tools for self-discovery. Along my personal journey, I encountered moments where maintaining inspiration felt like an uphill battle. To overcome this challenge, I turned inward, seeking solace and direction within myself.

Through the practice of "I Am" Scripting, I discovered a profound means of reconnecting with my innermost essence. By immersing myself in guided prompts and introspective exploration, I tapped into a wellspring of inspiration and self-awareness.

This transformative technique empowered me to articulate my deepest thoughts, emotions, and aspirations with clarity and conviction. Crafting affirmations and declarations that began with "I am," I cultivated a powerful sense of self-affirmation and purpose.

"I Am" Scripting became more than just a writing exercise—it became a sacred ritual of self-discovery and empowerment. Through intentional scripting, I not only reflected on my present state but also envisioned my ideal self and future, paving the way for personal growth and manifestation.

In moments of doubt or uncertainty, "I Am" Scripting served as my compass, guiding me back to my authentic truth and helping me realign with my core values and aspirations. It continues to be an invaluable tool on my journey of self-discovery and personal transformation.

If you want to change your life you need to change how you think and change what you do. Self-help, personal change, being happy: it's up to you. No-one else.

  • Self-help and personal change start with your realization that it really is in your own hands, and your decision to do something about it.

  • Your own self-belief is the key to successful life change, achievement, contentment, and happiness.

Your own mind, particularly positive suggestions and visualization, will develop your self-belief and your determination to make successful changes to your life.

Check out one of my scripts below:

Using the "I am" Script

  • I am a good person.

  • I have integrity.

  • I do what is ethically right and good.

  • Whatever life puts before me will be a useful experience that will make me stronger, wiser, and more tolerant.

  • I am strong enough to understand and make allowances for other people's weaknesses, and their behavior towards me. Other people's behavior is about them, not me.

  • I focus on the joy of living my life and helping others where and when I can.

  • I am what I eat and drink, so I eat and drink good things.

  • I am what I watch and play and listen to, so I watch and play and listen to good positive things.

  • I take exercise which I enjoy. I walk when I don't need to drive or take the bus or train.

  • I smile and laugh whenever I can - life is good - getting caught in the rain reminds me that it is good to be alive to feel it.

  • I forgive other people. Deep down everyone is a good person, just like me.

  • I am a compassionate and loving, caring person.

  • I am a good person.

  • I am.
